Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging and Accessibility
Diversity, equity and inclusion are a company’s mission, strategies, and practices that support a diverse workplace and leverage the effects of diversity to achieve a competitive business advantage. At PECG, we believe that diversity and inclusion are not a soft HR function but a tangible business imperative that will add a competitive advantage to your business and drive results to your bottom line. Diversity, equity and inclusion play an important role in maintaining a business’ competitive advantage.
The Progressive Education Team also facilitates the creation of corporate diversity equity & inclusion (Dei) task forces. The purpose of a Dei task force is to leverage a corporation’s work force to cultivate and promote strategies and best practices within the realms of racial, social, sexual, and gender diversity. By leveraging a corporations’ own team, a DEI task force serves as an opportunity to promote diverse leadership and offer a space for non-taskforce members a place to provide suggestions that promote an inclusive work environment. The ultimate goal of a Dei task force is to provide for the betterment of the corporate culture so that every employee is provided with an inclusive experience.
